The campsite

The campsite is laid out on terraces, with private chalets almost all of which afford a beautiful view of the Lago di Dobbiaco and the peaks of the Dolomites all around. 

In the two-storey wash house, which is kept impeccably clean, there are toilets, a laundry room with Miele washing machines and dryers (for a fee), a dog shower, and more. 

It is also possible to rent a private bathroom.

Pure Dolomite Experience

Our campsite does not organise activities, since the pristine nature offers all that you need!

In summer and winter, our campsite is the ideal starting point for hiking, climbing, cycling (a cycle path passes in front of the campsite), tours with electric bicycles, walks, cross-country skiing (there is a cross-country track in front of the campsite), skiing (a free shuttle takes you to the train) and much more besides...

Shop on the campsite, Café & Restaurant Seeschupfe (Il Fienile)

Want to do some shopping? In the shop on our campsite, which has a sales area of 100 m², you will find selected regional, organic and vegan products, as well as daily necessities. If you're looking for cheese and sausages, desserts and drinks or hygiene items and camping accessories, then you're in the right place. We have everything you need.

Breakfast? Make your own breakfast: the shop on the campsite offers all the ingredients you need to prepare your favourite breakfast.

Feeling hungry? If you fancy lunch, a cup of coffee, a slice of homemade cake or dinner, then look no further than the Seeschupfe Restaurant (Il Fienile). A special experience is offered by the HEBBO fine-dining experience.

Winery and Shop

Over 500 excellent wines can be found in our well stocked cellar. The winery is located in the basement, below the reception area. Here every drop of wine has its place: with wines ranging from simple to fine and special. 

We can organise wine tastings with Andreas Panzenberger, our qualified sommelier, on request.

FAQ's

Do the pitches have a lake view?

The campsite is laid out in terraces. All pitches offer views of the surrounding Dolomite peaks, while some also overlook Lake Dobbiaco. Some Premium pitches are specifically designated as having a lake view.

What facilities are available in the sanitary building?

Our well-maintained two-storey sanitary building offers spacious facilities, Miele washing machines and dryers (for a fee), as well as a dedicated dog shower.

Can I rent a private bathroom?

Yes, private bathrooms can be rented for your stay for €18.50 to €22.50 per day, depending on the season.

What can I buy in the shop?

Our campsite shop (approx. 100 m²) stocks a carefully selected range of regional, organic and vegan products as well as everyday essentials, in keeping with our Leading Eco approach. Our wine shop complements the selection with more than 500 labels from South Tyrol and around the world.

Is there an entertainment programme?

No. We have deliberately chosen not to offer one. Here, the pure experience of nature takes centre stage. The campsite is an ideal starting point for exploring on foot, by bike or on skis, in both summer and winter.

What activities can I do directly from the campsite?

Hiking, climbing, cycling (the cycle path runs directly past the campsite), e-biking, cross-country skiing (the trail starts right outside the campsite) and skiing, with a free shuttle to the train station.

Is Wi-Fi available at the campsite, and is it free?

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the site.

Is there a playground for children?

Yes, there is a small, attractive playground for our youngest guests.

Are campfires or barbecues allowed?

Campfires and charcoal barbecues are not permitted because we are located between two nature parks. Electric and gas barbecues are allowed.

How far away is the nearest supermarket?

For everyday essentials, our campsite shop is the first port of call, with regional, organic and vegan products available on site. For a larger shop, the centre of Dobbiaco is around 2 km away and has supermarkets, a butcher, fruit shop and pharmacy.

Is there a boat rental at the lake?

Yes, there is a pedal-boat rental right next door.

Can I fish in Lake Dobbiaco?

Yes. A valid Italian fishing licence is required. With this licence, day permits can be purchased directly from us.
