Reservation policy

We are happy to accept reservations for a minimum stay of 7 nights with confirmation deposit. To secure your reservation of a pitch we ask that you please send us a confirmation deposit by bank transfer. You will be charged an administrative fee of € 5.00 and the remaining amount will be credited to your account.

• Reservations cannot be made for pitches on the lawn.
• In case of early departure (before the booked departure date), whatever the reason, you will still be charged for the entire period you had booked. It is not allowed to transfer a reserved pitch to somebody else or to transfer the pitch to somebody else in case of early departure.
• In case of late arrival, please make sure to let us know in advance otherwise your reservation will be cancelled without notice.

Notes: Please note that reservations will be made based on availability. If your pitch is still available at the end of the period you have booked, you will be free to extend your stay. We will do everything we can to provide the type of pitch required, but we cannot guarantee that you will be assigned the exact one you want.
 

Cancellation policy

We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance at the time of booking. We will be happy to help you find a suitable insurance policy.

• The reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 30 days before the day of arrival.
• In case of cancellation less than 29 days before arrival, 100% of the deposit will be withheld.
• We inform you that your personal data will be processed pursuant to Legislative Decree 196/2003.

Arrival and departure:

Arrival: On the day of your arrival, the reserved pitch will be available from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.

• If you expect to arrive after 7 p.m., please inform us in advance.
• If you do not arrive on the booked day, we reserve the right to re-assign the reserved pitch the next day and to withhold the deposit.

Departure: On the day of departure we ask you to please vacate the pitch by 11:30 a.m., otherwise you will be charged an extra day.

IMPORTANT FOR YOUR ARRIVAL for stays from 01-05-2024 until 03-11-2024:
Due to the fact, that we are in the middle of the UNESCO World Heritage, The Dolomites, the local authority of Toblach issued the decree, that the access road from the public parking lot to the campsite is from 12:00 noon to 3:00 pm closed to traffic. For more information, you can call the local authority: 0039 0474 97 0500)

We kindly ask you to respect the new arrival times (from 3pm until 7 pm).

From 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
(open all day during high season)
 

Opening hours of the restaurant

From 12 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Lunch: from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m.
Dinner: from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. (kitchen)
Times may vary in the high season.
Take-away is also possible (pizza only).
