A man with many interests. He is the landlord and loves photography, but is also a collector and wine buff and can therefore tell you a thing or two about fine wines, if you're interested.
A good sort. He has a can-do attitude and is friendly, cheerful and positive. A true character. He has an eye for detail. And he is a keen sommelier with some innovative ideas.
