• Comfort, Premium and Standard+: 1 car + caravan or 1 camper van and a small additional tent for children
• Standard: 1 camper van and a small additional tent for children
• Basic Bus: Minivan 

For a binding reservation, we require a deposit of 50% of the total booking amount. The deposit can be paid by credit card or bank transfer. The administrative charges of 5,00 € are already included; the residual amount will be credited when you get the bill.

• Tents are not permitted on the pitches.
• Reservations are not accepted for the tent meadow.

General cancellation policy:

• Up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, the reservation can be cancelled or postponed free of charge by written notice.
• In case of cancellation or modification less than 29 days before the arrival date, 100% of the deposit will be charged.
• In case of late arrival or early departure (according to the booked period), for whatever reason, the full booked stay will be charged.
• If you arrive later than booked, the delay must be communicated; otherwise, the reservation will be cancelled without further notice and 100% of the deposit will be charged.

We recommend taking out cancellation insurance before making a reservation.

For group reservations (for bookings of 5 units or more), separate booking and cancellation conditions apply:

Cancellation policy for group reservations (for bookings of 5 units or more):

• Up to 90 days before the scheduled arrival date, the reservation can be cancelled or postponed free of charge by written notice.
• In case of cancellation or modification less than 89 days before the arrival date, 50% of the deposit will be charged.
• In case of cancellation or modification less than 30 days before the arrival date, 100% of the deposit will be charged.
• In case of late arrival or early departure (according to the booked period), for whatever reason, the full booked stay will be charged.
• If you arrive later than booked, the delay must be communicated; otherwise, the reservation will be cancelled without further notice and 100% of the deposit will be charged.

We inform you that your personal data will be processed in accordance with Legislative Decree No. 196/2003.

The stated prices are exclusive of the local tourist tax per person (from 14 years of age) and per day, which must be paid on site. The tourist tax is due upon departure and is shown separately on the invoice.

Notes: Please note that reservations will be made based on availability. If your pitch is still available at the end of the period you have booked, you will be free to extend your stay. We will do everything we can to provide the type of pitch required, but we cannot guarantee that you will be assigned the exact one you want.
 

Useful holiday information

Arrival: On the day of your arrival, the reserved pitch will be available from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.

• If you expect to arrive after 7 p.m., please inform us in advance.
• If you do not arrive on the booked day, we reserve the right to re-assign the reserved pitch the next day and to withhold the deposit.

Departure: On the day of departure we ask you to please vacate the pitch by 11:30 a.m., otherwise you will be charged an extra day.

IMPORTANT FOR YOUR ARRIVAL for stays from 01-05-2025 until 03-11-2025:
Due to the fact, that we are in the middle of the UNESCO World Heritage, The Dolomites, the local authority of Toblach issued the decree, that the access road from the public parking lot to the campsite is from 12:00 noon to 3:00 pm closed to traffic. We kindly ask you to respect the new arrival times (from 3pm until 7 pm).

Dinner: from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. (kitchen)
